A: While we do our best to help you obtain new business, top rankings does not guarantee sales. Like any traditional form of marketing or advertising, there is no way to guarantee sales. Our job is to get you top search engine rankings, and your job is to make a presentation good enough on your website that will make people want to purchase from you, since you know your own industry better than we do. However, if you report to us that the top 10 rankings you are receiving are not getting you an increase in traffic, you may request at no extra charge a revision to the search engine optimization work to make your listings "more appealing" to potential customers. We will then discuss a new strategy to implement with your guidance, comparing your site to competitor sites, and integrate these new changes.
Q: What does your setup fee include?

Q: How long does the
process take?
A: Depending on our current workload, we will begin
optimization and preparation of your website within
7 days normally. From the day we start your project,
it will take us 7 to 14 days for completion of full
optimization of your website. From that point your website
is submitted to all of the major search engines within

Q: Do I get to pick my own keyword phrases?
A: Yes you do. We request an initial set of keyword phrases from you, then we research your selected keyword phrases to see how popular they are and how competative. From there we submit to you a suggested strategy report, which may include additional suggested keyword phrases based upon our findings. You would then choose to approve or reject our suggestions, so you have the ultimate decision in which keyword phrases we are to promote your website for.
Q: Is there any hidden
fees?
A: There are no hidden fees. You pay a one time setup fee and a monthly fee based upon current rates for as long as you wish to continue receiving top rankings. Optionally
during checkout,
you can also select to be subscribed to the excite.com and lycos.com 3-7 day
inclusion program. Being apart of these networks, not only guarantees your website
is included in their search engine database within 3-7 days, which allows for

In rare cases there may be an additional fee if your website requires additional work to make it completely search engine friendly. Some examples include: fixing broken links, global removal of keyword spamming, cleanup of HTML coding, improper usage of font styles, spell checking, creating additional copy (text), creation of graphics, or general cleanup of your website. upon placing your order, we will completely review your website before processing your order and you will be contacted if additional work is needed or suggested for your website.

A: As a courtesy, we setup the initial accounts for you using your provided credit
card information. This ensures that if you should ever leave us, you will still
be included in their annual subscriptions. You will be sent verification emails
from each of the networks once you have been charged and once you have been included
within their search engine database.
Q: Is the fees charged
by excite.com and lycos.com networks a one time
fee?
A: The fees charged by these networks are an annual rate for the index page of
your website. When we setup your account, you are setup on an automatic renewal
with them. This can easily be changed at anytime by logging into your new membership
on their sites.
Q: Does this guarantee me 10 top 10 rankings for all search engines like yahoo.com, google.com, aol.com, etc?
A: While we do strive our best to get you as many rankings as possible across the major search engines, we cannot guarantee that you will have the same number of rankings in each search engine as each search engine is different. You may get 7 top 10 rankings in yahoo.com, but not get any in google.com or aol.com or vice versa. So our guarantee of a minimum of 10 top 10 rankings combined across the 10 most popular major search engines. However many of our clients receive an average of 30 top 10 rankings, and we have had as high as one client receiving 173 top 10 rankings in one month!

Q: Why does it seem to take so much longer to get top rankings in google.com and aol.com?
A: AOL.com gets their search engine results from google.com currently. Google has recently changed up their criteria for determining how a website ranks and how quickly it ranks, and as such depending on how competative your industry is, it could average from 3 to 6 months+ to get top rankings into google. Much of this is now due to Google giving higher value to websites which have been online much longer than others, the quantity and quality of content provided, among other things. While we cannot strictly focus on getting you top rankings for google.com / aol.com, you can rest assured that as your rankings gain hold in other major search engines like yahoo.com, or msn.com, that google will usually follow with some patience and ongoing promotion.
Q: Is there any advantage to you submitting my website
to these search engines and directories, instead of myself?
A: By allowing us to submit your website for you, we
can not only save you the time but also ensure it is
done properly with the new optimization we are doing
for your website. Plus it allows us to keep accurate records of exact dates of submissions, to ensure your website is not submitted too much and meets the criteria of each search engine.
Q: Why are e-commerce
stores charged an additional setup fee & higher monthly fee?
A: Due to the complexity of most online stores and shopping cart systems, most

or may require us to create additional "static" pages in order to better

Q: Do you need FTP access
to my website for this service?
A: After our initial keyword research and creation of
your meta tags, you will be given the option of letting
us integrate thse changs into your website, or we can
send you the new files and give you full instructions
on how to add it in yourself. If you do opt to do it
yourself, we will have to fully review your website
after to ensure it falls into the guidelines for proper
search engine rankings. We do highly suggest that you
allow us to implement these changes into your website
to help speed the process, and opting out of our install services does not effect your price.
Q: Why do you require
a 6 month commitment?
A: Getting top engine rankings is a time consuming process
that may sometimes take up to 6 months, as any top rankings
company would tell you, depending on how competative
your market is. Many keyword phrases though begin showing
results within only 30-45 days after submission, and
continue to gain rankings the longer we manage your
website rankings services.
Q: I have read that noone
can guarantee top 10 rankings. How is this possible
for you to offer this?
A: It is a very difficult and time consuming process
to obtain natural search engine top 10 rankings, but it is not impossible

.05 to $10+ PER CLICK depending on the popularity of
a keyword. This can quickly turn into hundreds or thousands
of dollars per month, and have nothing to do with optimizing

Once the money runs out or you close your PPC account,
your ranking AND your website usually disappear from
that search engine within minutes. PPC services are
instant top rankings, BUT they do nothing to keep your
website in top rankings for the future unless you continue
to dump tons of money into them.
Q: Why do you no longer
accept orders for customers having a Yahoo! Store?
A: In short, the software that Yahoo! Stores uses for it's clients, has many
limitations. Most importantly, it does not allow for us to properly optimize
your website in order to get top 10 rankings. If you do a search for almost any
major product, your changes of finding a Yahoo! Store within the top rankings,
is very slim.
Q: Are we allowed to
select our own keywords?
A: Yes you are. Obviously it would do your website no
good if we only offered you keywords like blue
widget, which may only have 100 search engine
requests per month when you aren't even selling blue
widgets. The keywords we present to you for your approval
are a combination of keywords you give us, in addition
with keywords we research specifically targeted to your

keywords are sent to you for approval, showing you the
results of how many times they were searched for the
previous month, how popular they are, and how likely
they are to succeed.
Obviously though if you sell a specific product like
an exclusive green widget, but you
want to use the keyword like blue gizmo
instead, we would recommend against it since it your
targeted audience may never find you.
Q: Why does your company
only submit to up to 250 search engines and directories, when
others submit to over 1000+?
A: Quality over quantity. What they do not tell you
is that the other 750+ search engines they submit to,
will not benefit your rankings or popularity in the
least since many of them are either fly-by-night search
engines that are gone tomorrow, or local search engines
for cities like Moose Port in Canada, or even many irrelevant
foreign language search engines. Will it hurt your rankings
if you submit to more or less? Not really, as long as
the main focus is on increasing rankings for THE most
popular top 25 search engines like google.com, yahoo.com,
aol.com, msn.com, etc.
Q: What if you end up
with 11 automotive dealerships who all want top 10 rankings?
You could not guarantee they ALL get into the top 10.
A: Actually we can. Keep in mind that while we may not
be able to get all 11 Chrysler Dealerships top 10 rankings
for the exact phrase "chrysler dealership",
each dealership offers different vehicles, sells in
