a potential Saiyan Pride Net member, I fully accept and shall
abide by the rules an regulations listed below:
A.
Saiyan Pride Net, Saiyan Pride Productions and any variant of
Saiyan Pride residing within the domain of 'www.saiyanpride.net'
assumes no responsibility for the publication of any material
that infringes upon the copyright of any company within the United
States. The responsibility is left to the web author of said material.
Saiyan Pride only hosts web sites which are designed to advance
the interest in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball in general and if
any material infringes upon the rights of any company and or person
residing within the United States, please notify us so that we
may remedy the problem immediately.
B.
The owner(s) of this site may not be held liable for any damages
incurred as a result of the use of this site(s) and the use, misuse,
or possession of any files obtained from this site. Any downloaded
files are purely for entertainment purposes, and should be deleted
within 24 hours of download, unless owned by the user. By using
this site, you fully agree to this policy.
C.
Links: As a Saiyan Pride Net member you must place a text or banner
link to www.saiyanpride.net and spn.animestore.net
on any location on your site.
You must
also place an Official Saiyan Pride Member banner on your
site's homepage linking to Saiyan Pride Net. You may use one of
our provided banners upon acceptance, or create on of your own.
No Saiyan
Pride Member shall post or store any of the following: pornography,
illegal or pirated software, or any other file that is determined
to be in direct violation of copyright infringement laws.
No Saiyan Pride member shall place links on their pages to any
warez, adult sites, or illegal content. Any member posting, storing,
or placing links to such assumes full responsibility and understands
that Saiyan Pride Net does not support such material or links
and will not be held responsible for any legal prosecution that
occurs against said member.
Any member account found to be violating the above may, at the
choice of Saiyan Pride Net, be eliminated without refund. Any
such legal fines or actions that are incurred against Saiyan Pride
Net that results in fines, loss of server, loss of hosting account
or any other applicable fines due to actions on said members part,
said member understands that they will be held responsible and
fully reimburse Saiyan Pride Net for the full amount of loss.
D.
Slanderous, insulting, or defamation of character commentary of
any kind of any individuals or their respective sites shall not
be permitted on any Saiyan Pride Net site.
This is
a breach of the 'Harmony of the Community' that we uphold
and value at Saiyan Pride Net.
E.
Ejection from Saiyan Pride Net: Any member found to be disobeying
any of the above, but not limited to, shall receive one written
warning to amend the situation withn a timely fashion as designed
by an officer of Saiyan Pride Net. If the situation is not agreeably
resolved, then said member shall be ejected from Saiyan Pride
Net with no refund of membership dues.
Upon ejection,
said member shall forfeit all membership privelages, including:
FTP logins, email accounts, Pride Insider newsletter. All
content of said member's site shall be deleted from our servers.
Uploading
viruses of any kind to any Saiyan Pride Net server is reason
for instant termination of account and legal action shall be taken.
F.
Amendments of Rules & Regulations: Saiyan Pride Net withholds
the right to amend the above rules & regulations at any time
as deemed necessary. As a Saiyan Pride Net member, said member
agrees to abide by said amended rules & regulations.
